Information Collection
Flowers from the DarkSide! is the sole owner of the information
collected from our website. We do not, or will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others in ways different
from what is disclosed in our privacy statement below. Flowers
from the DarkSide! collects your name, your e-mail address,
the name of the person being sent a greeting and their e-mail
address. Flowers from the DarkSide! also collects the text
of all messages that you have typed on the server. Flowers
from the DarkSide! collects this information for the sole
purpose of generating and e-mailing Virtual Greetings which
you the user create on this server. Any and all information
collected from users who design and send Virtual Greetings
through this server is deleted from our databases thirty
days (30) after the virtual greeting has been sent.
Other Information Collected
When requested, Flowers from the DarkSide! will block e-mail
addresses from receiving e-mails from the Flowers from the
DarkSide! virtual greeting server. When an e-mail address
is submitted to Flowers from the DarkSide! to be blocked
from future e-mails coming from our server, the e-mail address
is kept permanently and is never removed from our database.
Flowers from the DarkSide! refuses to honor any and all
requests to have a blocked e-mail address unblocked from
our system. Once an e-mail address is entered into the blocked
e-mail address database, the block is forever.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the visitor's hard
drive containing information about the visitor. Advertisers
connected to Flowers from the DarkSide! at times require
cookies to tract statistics about products and locations,
but at no time are these linked to any personal identification.
At this time, Flowers from the DarkSide! does not use any
data stored in cookies. Although, cookies may be placed
on your computer by this server.
Log Files
Flowers from the DarkSide! keeps log files on broad fields
to analyze trends, track user movements, and gather data
for demographic locations. This is not attached in anyway
to visitor's personal identification.
Sharing
At this time, Flowers from the DarkSide! does not share
any information with advertisers, merchants, or any other
third party.

Contests
At any particular time, Flowers from the DarkSide! will
conduct contests for our visitor's. Visitor participation
for these contests is voluntary, and in no way requires
the visitor to give out personal information when choosing
not to enter in the contest. Collected information may include
contact information and demographic information, such as
name, e-mail, address, state, etc. This information will
be used to notify the winners and award prizes.
Newsletter
After registering for a Membership, you are given the choice
of subscribing to our Newsletter. You can either elect to
subscribe or unsubscribe at any time. All information stored
on our database is not shared or sold to any third party
what so ever. Subscribers wishing to unsubscribe to our
newsletter can uncheck the option in their account, using
the 'Your Information' link. This is a future feature of
Flowers from the DarkSide! and is currently not implemented.
Sending to a Friend
When a visitor chooses to send a link to Flowers from the
DarkSide!, to a friend, the names and e-mail addresses are
not logged. Flowers from the DarkSide! will send the friend
a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. Flowers
from the DarkSide! will never send another e-mail to the
visitor or friend for any purpose.
Changes of our Policy
If and when our policy statement changes, visitors with
e-mail addresses in our databases will be notified of the
changes, and provided a link to this page to view the changes.
If a visitor decides that our policy does not benefit them,
they can use the opt-out option at anytime. Flowers from
the DarkSide! only maintains e-mail addresses for a period
of thirty (30) days. Visitors will no longer be notified
of changes to this statement after their data has been deleted
from our system. All visitors are required to reread this
statement if they have not visited Flowers from the DarkSide!
in more than thirty (30) days.
